There are many Linux tutorials available on the internet. While you would already know about most of these, there are other, very useful websites too. Here are five of those websites that fall in the lesser known category.

1. IBM Developer Wors: This is an useful website for those looking for some education on the basics of Linux. You will get very simple answers to simple yet important questions about Linux.

2. University of Surrey: This tutorial comes from the University of Surrey and is meant for complete beginners. You will learn about Linux-based operating systems and get other tutorials on the platform that will help you along the way to the top.

3. Norm Matloff’s Unix and Linux Tutorial Center: Norm Matloff is himself a professor of Computer Science. He has been the authour of a number of Unix and Linux tutorials.
