2. University of Surrey: This tutorial comes from the University of Surrey and is meant for complete beginners. You will learn about Linux-based operating systems and get other tutorials on the platform that will help you along the way to the top.
3. Norm Matloff’s Unix and Linux Tutorial Center: Norm Matloff is himself a professor of Computer Science. He has been the authour of a number of Unix and Linux tutorials.
4. Novell OpenCourseWare Project: Novell’s free, self-directed courses are free and follow a more traditional course format than some of the other sites listed here. If you need the structure of exercises and assessments, these are the courses for you. Novell covers subject matter ranging from the very basic to advanced.
