The Google Play Store has its fair share of open source applications to offer.

The Android app ecosystem is flooded with free applications. But for an open source platform, it would be a shame if it didn't have anything to offer in that arena. Fortunately, that is not the case. The open source world has received a huge boost thanks to Google's Android platform and here are 30 very useful apps that are completely free and open source.
